This program aims to help children with vision problems or eye diseases, such as cataracts, glaucoma, or trachoma. Our goal is to identify, scan, and refer children in need of interventions, such as glasses, eye drops, surgery, or other treatments. We understand the importance of early intervention and education for children with vision impairments, so we will also focus on improving the quality of these services. 

Childhood blindness and visual impairment are significant public health issues globally. According to the World Health Organization, approximately 19 million children under the age of 15 live with visual impairments, with 1.4 million of them being blind. Our program addresses these issues by evaluating its impact on child-eye health outcomes and policies.  Moreover, we recognize that children with vision impairments face challenges in accessing education and participating in daily activities. Our mission is to prevent and treat blindness and visual impairment among children, thus improving their quality of life.
